This one-day culinary event explores Hawaii's farm-to-table movement, its agricultural history and new cuisines created by talented chefs who are as passionate about their profession as they are about sharing their knowledge about food.

Seasoned for home chefs, home gardeners and adventurous foodies to taste the tropical flavors of Hawaii's island fusion cuisines while networking with local foodies, chefs and farmers. Hawaii's new island fusion cuisine is inspired by Hawaiians and by kama`aina from Asia, Europe and North and South America who share their foods and recipes.
